1503.01 IN GENERAL.

All buildings exceeding 3-stories shall conform to the requirements of this chapter in addition to other applicable requirements of this Code. Access to all main exterior walls shall be provided for all fire apparatus and equipment. All fire lanes shall be 18' wide.
