375.11 OPERATION BY MINOR.
   (a)   No parent, guardian or other person with legal custody or control of a minor child under the age of sixteen years shall permit such minor child to operate a snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle or all-purpose vehicle in violation of any provision of this chapter or in violation of any provision of Ohio R.C. Chapter 4519.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
