The Collector of Income Tax of the township is hereby charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this subchapter, and is hereby empowered, subject so the approval of the Solicitor for the township, to prescribe, adopt, promulgate and enforce the rules and regulations relating to any matter or thing pertaining to the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this subchapter, including provisions for the re-examination and correction of returns and payments.
