(A) No loading space shall be required for commercial or industrial buildings having a floor area of less than 5,000 square feet; however, should a loading space be provided, it shall conform to the definition of loading space in § 154.160.
(B) Commercial or industrial buildings with a floor area of more than 5,000 square feet shall provide one loading space on the lot for each 12,000 square feet of floor area or fraction thereof. Where such space is located in such a manner that a truck must back directly into the loading space, a maneuvering space of 55 feet shall be provided. A minimum vertical clearance of 16 feet shall be provided for trucks.
