(A) In the CN, CT and IL Districts, parking spaces may be provided on a separate lot if within 300 feet of a building and two or more owners may join together in the provision of this parking space.
(B) Parking spaces may be provided in side and rear yards in the R Districts and in any yard in the RR, C and I Districts except that in the CT, C and I Districts, no parking space shall be provided in a front yard unless the building is set back at least 40 feet from the street right-of-way line.
