§ 154.149 BILLBOARDS.

Billboards shall be permitted by special exception in CN, CT, IL and HI Districts.

(A) Any billboard permitted in the CN District shall not exceed 75 square feet.

(B) Any billboard permitted in the CT District shall not exceed 300 square feet.

(D) Setbacks from public road rights-of-way or property lines shall be a minimum of 50 feet.
