§ 154.115 PRD PROCEDURES FOR APPLICATION.

Procedures for application and approval of a planned residential development plan shall be as provided by the township zoning and subdivision regulations and the State Municipalities Planning Code, being 53 P.S. Ch. 30, Act 247 and its subsequent amendments. Applications shall be submitted to the Township Supervisors, along with the required fee(s), as set forth by resolution.
