(A) If a written request is denied or deemed denied, the requester may file an appeal in writing to Office of Open Records, Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Plaza Level, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17120-0225.
(B) Appeals concerning criminal records shall be made to the District Attorney of Somerset County at the District Attorney’s Office, 111 East Union Street, Suite 30, Somerset, Pennsylvania 15501, phone 814-445-1456, facsimile 814-445-1458.
