Prior to all new construction, except for accessory use structures less than 1,000 square feet, the owner and/or developer must have each lot or lots properly surveyed by a certified land surveyor and the location of the proposed building or buildings (drawn to scale) indicated on said survey. The corners of any proposed building or structure shall be physically staked on the lot by the surveyor. The location of the proposed building or structure may be utilized during the building permit review process to determine if any additional considerations are necessary prior to issuance of the building permit.
