Temporary structures may be constructed in side and rear yard areas for a period not to exceed 60 days. If the structure is not removed after the 60-day period expires, the structure shall be in compliance with the yard areas and setbacks for the district in which the property is located and shall be subject to Building Code and permit requirements.
