§ 153.111 HARDSHIP AND VARIANCE.
   (A)   Standards may be varied. If any applicant has shown that any mandatory provisions of these regulations are unreasonable and cause undue hardships as they may apply to his or her proposed subdivision, the Commission may grant a variance to such applicant from such mandatory provisions so that substantial justice may be done, and the public interest secured; provided, that such variance may be granted upon the concurrence of a majority of the Commission present at a meeting, by roll call vote, and that such variance will not have the effect of nullifying the intent and purpose of these regulations.
   (B)   Commission may impose conditions. In granting variance and modifications, the Commission may impose such conditions as will in its judgment, secure substantially the objectives of the standards or requirements so modified.
