(A) The Board of Supervisors may amend regulations. The Commission may, at its discretion, recommend revision, modification or amendments of these regulations by appropriate action taken at any scheduled meeting. All proposed amendments shall conform to the procedures and requirements of the State Municipal Planning Code, being 53 P.S. Ch. 30 and any amendments thereto.
(B) Consideration. The Commission will give earnest consideration to changes or modifications suggested by any developer when such changes or modifications shall be in the best interest of the general public.
