§ 153.097 OTHER UTILITIES.

Easements and rights-of-way shall be provided for the installation of power, telephone, television cables and other utilities; the alignment and width of said right-of-way shall be mutually agreed upon by the developer and the utility company; in the event the parties are unable to agree as to such alignment or width, it shall be as directed by the State Public Utility Commission.
