The developer may prepare a sketch plan for informal discussion with the Commission prior to submitting the official preliminary plan for review. The information to be shown on the sketch plan shall include enough detail to show the general layout proposed. The sketch plan will be reviewed with the developer either verbally or in writing and comments and recommendations shall be submitted to the developer not later than the second regular meeting following submission.
