§ 153.030 ESTABLISHMENT OF PROCEDURES.

(A) Procedures to be followed. The procedures established in this subchapter shall apply to all subdivisions.

(B) Developer responsible. The developer shall be responsible for observing all procedures, regulations and requirements of the township subdivision regulations as set forth herein.
