These regulations are adopted for the following reasons and purposes:
(A) To promote the health, safety and general welfare of all present and future citizens, residents and visitors of the township;
(B) To enable the Planning Commission to carry out its assigned function of coordinating the growth process of the township;
(C) To provide minimum uniform regulations and construction standards governing subdivision
and development of land in the township;
(D) To provide minimum uniform procedures, regulations and standards that will ensure the prompt equitable processing and approving of subdivision plans; and
(E) To provide for the orderly growth and proper use of land of the township, to promote and protect its economic development.
