§ 151.071 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.

   (A)   If a variance is obtained in accordance with the criteria in §§ 151.115 and 151.116, then the following provisions apply.

   (B)   Recreational vehicles in Zones A, A1-30, AH and AE must either:

      (1)   Be on the site for fewer than 180 consecutive days; and

      (2)   Be fully licensed and ready for highway use; or

      (3)   Meet the permit requirements for manufactured homes in § 151.070 and be place on a permanent foundation.

   (C)   No more than one recreational vehicle shall be permitted per household.
