§ 150.47 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION OR ERECTION OF ANY BUILDING.
   From and after the passage of this subchapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to construct or erect any building within the township without first obtaining a building permit from the Supervisors.
   (A)   Any person contemplating the construction or erection of a building within the township shall make application to the Supervisors for a permit; said application shall contain a statement of the type and size of the proposed structure and the intended use thereof; the size of the building lot and a plot plan if available; and a statement whether the useful occupancy will require the installation or erection of a sewage disposal system.
   (B)   If a sewage disposal system in connection with the proposed construction or erection is not necessary or required, the building permit shall be issued as of course upon payment of the required permit fee of $2.
