§ 110.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL   ENTERPRISE. Any site at which a fee is charged, or donation accepted for participating in an activity involving the use of a projectile.
   PROJECTILE. Any device or object that is propelled through the air by action of any person(s) at a commercial enterprise.
