§ 93.07 EXISTING OBSTRUCTIONS.
   Subject to the provisions of § 93.10, a highway occupancy existing on the date of this subchapter may remain, provided it is maintained in a proper and safe manner and does not create a risk of danger or harm to the public. Where the Roadmaster determines that a risk to the public exists or otherwise as set forth § 93.10, he or she may order the owner of a facility occupying a portion of the public right-of-way to remove the same or to apply for a permit under this subchapter.
