§ 91.05 TOWNSHIP NOT RESPONSIBLE.

Nothing in this subchapter is intended to, or shall place any liability or responsibility upon the township for damage to persons or property as a result of burning or fires, and all such responsibility and liability shall remain with the person kindling or conducting the fire or burning.
