For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. All animal and vegetable waste resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking or consumption of food.
PERSON. Includes any natural person, association, partnership, corporation or other organization.
RUBBISH. All solid waste, including, but not limited to, vehicles, bedding, furniture, cans and other containers, and paper but excluding, however, brush, trees, tree limbs, grass, weeds, leaves and crops.
