§ 90.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ANIMAL. Any animal or fowl kept by a person for a domestic purpose including livestock, pets and companion animals.
   POLICE DOG. An animal owned by the Township Police Department, or other police agency having jurisdiction in the vicinity of township, which has received training for police work.
