(A) The purpose of this subchapter is to promote and protect general public safety on or within public facilities by controlling animals on or within such public facilities as follows:
(1) Prohibit dogs and domesticated animals on or within the Hollsopple Baseball Field and Greenhouse Park; and
(2) Prescribe control of dogs on or within the Quemahoning Family Recreation Park.
(B) All of such parks and public recreational areas are located on or within Conemaugh Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
