On the following roads and bridges, by authority granted by 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 4902(a) of the Vehicle Code, it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive any vehicle or combination having a gross weight in excess of the maximum described below for that bridge or road or part of road, as the case may be:
