(A) The Township Planning Commission shall consist of seven members, instead of the nine previous members.
(B) As of 2007, all currently appointed members of the Township Planning Commission shall serve until the end of their appointed term through the first Monday in January.
(C) Upon the occurrence of vacancies by expiration of term, resignation or otherwise, the Township Supervisors shall appoint additional members up to a total of seven members of the Township Planning Commission and such appointments after the effective date hereof shall be for terms of three years so that members’ terms shall expire two members in 2008, two members in 2009 and three members in 2010.
(D) Board members thereafter shall serve a three-year term.
