Rezoning a parcel of land Manufacturing and Industrial in accordance with the provisions of Act 184 of the Public Acts of 1943 as amended, described as: that part of the northeast 1/4 of Section 33 lying southeasterly of the southerly right-of-way line of the Michigan Central Railroad and northwesterly of the center of Homer Road, Section 33, Town 3 South, Range 3 West, 40 acres.
Rezoning a parcel of land Commercial in accordance with the provisions of Act 184 of the Public Acts of 1943 as amended, described as: the south 213 of the east 400 of the southeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 34, Town 3 South, Range 3 West.
A parcel of land was rezoned for Manufacturing and Industrial Use and also a second parcel of land has been spot zoned for Manufacturing and Industrial Use for machine shop operation only. The Township Board ordains that the following be added to and included:
1. To be rezoned for Manufacturing and Industrial Use: the southeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Town 3 South, Range 3 West; and
2. To be spot zoned as a Manufacturing and Industrial District for the operation of a machine shop only: beginning at a point northeast section line 80 rods south of east 1/4 post thence west 13 rods, thence south 15 rods, thence east 13 rods to east section line, thence north along east section line 13 rods to beginning, Section 22, Town 3 South, Range 3 West.
Rezoning certain parcels as Commercial, described as:
1. Beginning at the intersection of the north and south 1/4 line of Section 24, Town 3 South, Range 3 West and the centerline of the Warner Road, thence south along the 1/4 40 feet to the centerline of Spring Arbor Road (M-60), thence westerly along said centerline 876.3 feet, thence North 11°29' east 626.8 feet to the centerline of Warner Road, thence south 60°21' east along said centerline 845.6 feet to the point of beginning; and
2. The south 85 acres of the southeast 1/4, except the south 460 feet of the north 480 feet of the of the west 284.08 feet thereof in Section 34, Town 3 South, Range 3 West.
Rezoning a parcel of land for spot zoning for Commercial Use as a trailer coach park only, described as: beginning at southeast corner of southeast 1/4 of Section 21, thence west along south section line 318.6 feet to a point in east bank of Kalamazoo River for the place of beginning of this description, thence west along south section line 201 feet, thence north 500 feet, thence east to easterly bank of said river, thence south and southwesterly along said easterly bank to beginning, Section 21, Town 3 South, Range 3 West, 3.2 acres.
