§ 157.34  SHADOW FLICKER.
   The township maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding shadow flicker. The shadow of the rotating blades (shadow flicker) shall not be cast over occupied buildings on adjacent properties. Means of mitigating shadow flicker, such as software to prevent turbine blades from rotating, shall be employed.
