§ 157.20  PURPOSE.
   The township promotes the effective and efficient use of wind turbines with the minimum regulations on the siting, design, and installation so that the public health, safety, and welfare of neighboring property owners or occupants will not be jeopardized. In no case shall the provision of this subchapter guarantee the wind rights or establish access to the wind.
