§ 157.01  PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   The purpose and intent of this subchapter is to promote the use of solar energy within the township as a clean, alternative energy source, and to provide regulations that will protect public health, safety and welfare. Small scale residential, industrial installations and large scale solar farms are included in this subchapter.
