(A) Mining sites shall be operated such that the noise of operation or equipment vibration cannot reasonably be considered disturbing to neighboring uses of land.
(B) Objectionable noises due to intermittent beat, frequency, or shrillness shall be muffled so as not to become a nuisance to adjacent uses. Equipment on licensed sites at any time or under any condition shall not be operated so as to result in noise exceeding the standards set by the state.
