§ 156.11  PROPERTY LINES.
   No excavation shall occur closer than 50 feet from any uninhabited property line of the subject property, and such excavation must be reclaimed within 12 months after cessation of operations on said property line. Processing activity shall not be located closer than 500 feet from any dwelling or residence presently located in the area.
