Upon the issuance of renewal of a conditional use permit, the Township Board may impose as conditions any reasonable restrictions or requirements related to the location, design, or operation of a mining site, as required to secure the public health, safety, and general welfare of the community or to ensure that the mining operations will not create a nuisance or unreasonably interfere with the enjoyment of property. Such conditions may be in addition to the express requirements of this chapter.
