(A) Failure of the owner or occupant to comply with such notice within the time allowed shall constitute a violation of this chapter. Each day the violation continues shall be considered to be a separate violation of this chapter.
(B) Violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor which shall be punishable upon conviction thereof by a fine as set forth by the township from time to time, or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or by both fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
