§ 150.16  EXEMPTION.
   This subchapter is enacted by the township for the purpose of exempting the township from the operation and effect of Public Act 230 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 through 125.1531 pursuant to § 8 of said Act by the Model Mechanical Code.
