For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MINOR. A person not legally permitted by reason of age to possess alcoholic beverages pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 436.1109, as the same may be amended from time to time.
