§ 91.17  AUTHORITY OF TOWNSHIP SEXTON.
   (A)   The Township Board shall hire a sexton, who shall serve at the discretion of the Township Board. The sexton may be a township employee or independent contractor for the township at the discretion of the Township Board.
   (B)   The sexton shall assist other township officials with the enforcement and administration of this chapter.
   (C)   The sexton shall have such duties and obligations with regard to township cemeteries as may be specified from time to time by the Township Board.
