§ 91.05  PURCHASE PRICE FOR CEMETERY PLOTS.
   (A)   Each cemetery plot cost will be charged according to a fee structure that has been approved by the Township Board.
   (B)   All checks are to be made payable to the township.
   (C)   The Township Board may by resolution periodically alter the foregoing fees to accommodate increased costs and needed reserve funds for cemetery maintenance and acquisition.
