§ 90.17  REQUIRED CONDITIONS.
   (A)   Noise control.
      (1)   No person shall keep any animal which by loud and frequent barking, howling, yelping or other similar noise, is a nuisance in the area in which the animal is kept, possessed, or harbored.
      (2)   All persons shall be subject to § 90.01 of this chapter.
   (B)   Sanitary conditions.
      (1)   No animal shall be kept or harbored nor shall any kennel be maintained or operated in any unclean, unsanitary, or unsightly manner; or in such manner as to cause unpleasant or obnoxious odors, or in such manner as to constitute a menace to the public health, safety or welfare.
      (2)   All kennels shall be maintained in accordance with the definition of sanitary conditions.
