§ 32.471 AWARD OF BIDS.

   (A)   Bids or requests for proposals for services shall be awarded by the Township Board.

   (B)   The criteria for awarding bids or requests for proposals shall be as follows:

      (1)   Cost;

      (2)   Experience;

      (3)   Reliability;

      (4)   Sufficiency of equipment;

      (5)   Insurance;

      (6)   References; and

      (7)   Good communication.
