The invitation to bid or the request for proposals for services shall be published in a local newspaper, posted on the township Facebook page, posted on the township’s website, at least three times, five days prior to the bid deadline, and shall be mailed or e-mailed to known vendors or other parties who have notified the township of their interest in submitting bids on the goods or services being purchased.
