§ 32.323 AUTHORITY TO MAKE BANK DEPOSITS.

   (A)   The Township Treasurer is responsible for making all bank deposits. The Treasurer may authorize other township personnel to make deposits if the Township Board has agreed to incorporate that function in the job description for that position.

   (B)   The following positions are authorized by the Treasurer to make bank deposits:

      (1)   Clerk;

      (2)   Supervisor; and

      (3)   Treasurer or any of his or her deputies.
