§ 53.02  CONTROL.
   The sanitary sewer system of the town shall be under the control of, and the duty of prescribing and enforcing a full compliance with all rules and regulations governing the discharge of wastewater into the sanitary sewer system shall be vested in, the Town Council or its authorized representative.
