(A) When a water shortage condition has been called into effect, water conservation measures will expire when the Town Manager, after consultation with the Mayor and Town Council and upon recommendation of the Water Plant Superintendent, deems that the condition, which caused the alert, has abated.
(B) The expiration or cancellation of a water shortage declaration shall be promptly and extensively publicized.
