(A) Violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute an infraction in accordance with Chapter 20 of the North Carolina General Statutes and any person found responsible for such violation shall be obligated to pay a $50 fine.
(B) The Town Manager for the Town of Columbus may suspend a permit for violation of this chapter as follows:
(1) For the first violation, the permit may be suspended for 30 days.
(2) For the second violation, the permit may be suspended for one year.
(3) For the third violation, the permit may be permanently suspended.
