(A) In addition to the utility availability fees charged by the town, an applicant for connection to a water and/or sewer service main shall pay the town a connection privilege fee (tap fee) in an amount as established from time to time by the Town Council and published in the town schedule of fees and charges.
(B) The privilege fees shall apply for all connections made inside or outside the town's corporate limits, unless the Town Council approves a waiver.
