§ 50.03 TAMPERING WITH WATER SYSTEM PROHIBITED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to change, unscrew or in any other way, tamper with any hydrant or water cock, meter or other part of the pipes, tank, tower or fixtures connected with the water system of the town.

(B) This section shall not apply to an employee of the town or a plumber authorized by the town in the performance of necessary work on the water system.
