§ 50.04 UTILITY ACCOUNT ERRORS.
   (A)   Any customer who finds an error on his or her bill and disputes the correctness of his or her bill shall have a right to present orally or in writing his or her complaint. The person in charge of utility billing shall determine if an error has been made and shall make reimbursement for billing errors that were made for up to two years in arrears.
   (B)   If the person in charge of utility billing inadvertently fails to properly bill for services provided, the town may collect the full amount from the customer for a period of up to two years in arrears.
