(A) The town directs the County Tax Collector to collect all taxes for the town.
(B) The town reserves the right to appoint a Tax Collector to collect taxes within the corporate limits of the town.
(C) As directed by the Town Council, the Town Manager shall give reasonable notice to the county as to when its collection services are no longer required.
(D) The Town Manager shall have the power to suspend and remove the Tax Collector in accordance with general personnel rules, regulations, policies and ordinances as adopted by the Council.
