§ 30.84 DUTIES OF TOWN ATTORNEY.
   It shall be the duty of the Town Attorney to perform the following services for the town:
   (A)   To prosecute suits for and to defend suits against the town;
   (B)   To advise the Mayor, the Town Council and the Town Manager with regard to matters connected with the town's business;
   (C)   To attend all regular meetings of the Council and, when requested to do so, attend special meetings;
   (D)   To draw deeds, contracts, bonds, notes and other legal papers as may be required for the proper conduct of the town's business;
   (E)   To draw all ordinances granting franchises; and
   (F)   To approve all ordinances as to form before their introduction.
